Racemug - Collector's Edition

Mug is good but customer service not that much. I ordered two mug of the same by accident. Contacted the team a couple times to get the order changed to only one and got no response. I then waited for the product to be delivered so I could initiate a return, and again had not response from the company. Ended up with two mugs.

BEWARE: Shipped product does not look remotely close to advertised item. Handles are painted in yellow and not McLaren orange. Buttons are missing as well. Contacted customer service to initiate a return via online form and email and i uave yet to hear back from them 5 days since reaching out.

5 buttons were missing on the Mercedes mug and most of the buttons were not straight on the ferrari mug. Emailed customer service, never heard back, filed a dispute with my credit card.

The mercedes mug is missing 6 buttons and the buttons on the Ferrari mug are not straight. I reached out 3 times to support and never heard back. The quality is pretty bad, do not recommend.

Its super small like a kids cup. Definitely 100% decorative. It also came with one of the handles broken. Ill est the charte because its a hassle doing an exchange.

Not as advertised. Color is wrong, product is child like built, lines are not clean or strait and paint fades in some areas. Paint ran meaning to much paint in some areas were the paint is to heavy.

I purchased two cups one for myself and the other as a gift to my kid. The product is so bad i could not give it as a gift. The plan was to buy 25 cups for the race team glad i did not buy that many.

You should have advertised the real product lowered the price a little not alot but a little and stated for kids or garage drink while working or something. I dont know but add vs what you get in the mail is nit good.

Nice advertising pictures but the real product is definitely not was expected. I would say this was fauls advertising and should be illegal to sell this cup based on your add.

Absolute banger of a product. Red Bull edition is mint. Use it every single morning, it's held up great, it looks exactly like the day I got it. My girlfriend thinks it's weird that I take care of a mug like it's a collectible but that's because she doesn't understand what she's looking at. Perfect purchase.
