At Pitlane Mugs, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may make use of our return and refund policy as outlined below.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email within the reflection period.

2. International Shipping & Import Costs

Pitlane Mugs sells products to customers in multiple countries. Orders are shipped from an international warehouse located outside the European Union.

As a result, import duties, VAT, or other customs fees may be charged by local authorities in certain countries. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We advise customers to check their local import regulations before placing an order.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions apply:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and complete
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts may be refused or partially refunded
  • Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless defective or incorrectly delivered

4. Return Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method
  • Pitlane Mugs is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit

5. Return Procedure

Returns can only be initiated via email.

Steps:

  • Send an email to info@pitlanemugs.com including your order number and return request
  • You will receive further return instructions from us
  • Once the product has been received and inspected, you will be informed about the outcome

6. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

If the entire order is cancelled within the legal withdrawal period, the standard shipping costs of the original order will also be refunded.

7. Exclusions

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear is not covered
  • Products that do not meet the return conditions may be refused
