Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking code, if available.

As Pitlane Mugs works with international logistics partners, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as:

Pitlane Mugs is not liable for delays outside of its control.
3. International Shipping & Import Costs
Pitlane Mugs sells products to customers in multiple countries. Orders are shipped from an international warehouse located outside the European Union.
As a result, VAT, import duties, or other customs fees may be charged by local authorities in the destination country. These costs are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, the responsibility for transport lies with the carrier.
Pitlane Mugs is not liable for loss or theft during transit, but we will assist where possible in resolving the issue with the carrier.
