Terms & Conditions – Pitlane Mugs

By using the website of Pitlane Mugs and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by Pitlane Mugs and to every distance contract concluded between Pitlane Mugs and the consumer.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Products and Information
We make every effort to display our products as clearly and accurately as possible. However, images and product descriptions are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly in detail or color from the actual product.
Obvious errors, typographical mistakes, or inaccuracies on the website cannot be used as grounds for compensation or cancellation of the agreement.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Pitlane Mugs sells products to customers in multiple countries. Orders are shipped from an international warehouse located outside the European Union. As a result, VAT, import duties, or other customs charges may be applied by local authorities in the destination country. These costs are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and shipped.
4. Delivery and Shipping
Orders are processed within the timeframe stated on the website and shipped according to the indicated delivery times.
Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by transportation, customs clearance, or other external factors may occur and are outside the responsibility of Pitlane Mugs.
5. International Shipping and Risk
As our products are shipped internationally, delays or additional charges may occasionally occur due to customs procedures or local regulations. Pitlane Mugs is not liable for such delays or costs and has no control over them.
6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
For information regarding returns and the right of withdrawal, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Returns that do not meet the stated conditions may be refused or only partially refunded.
7. Warranty and Liability
Pitlane Mugs guarantees that delivered products meet the reasonable expectations of the consumer.
Warranty is excluded in cases of:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper or careless use
- Damage resulting from modifications to the product
Pitlane Mugs is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit.
8. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time after discovery, clearly and fully described, via:

9. Intellectual Property
All texts, images, logos, and other content on the website are the property of Pitlane Mugs and may not be used, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.
10. Force Majeure
Pitlane Mugs is not obliged to fulfill any obligations if prevented by circumstances beyond its control, such as strikes, natural disasters, epidemics, government measures, or transportation issues.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Disputes will preferably be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, they will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
12. Changes
Pitlane Mugs reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on the website.
